Husband (overseas) | 498A, 406 , 504 | Mental Harassment, DV

05-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband, who is overseas, and abandonment me from past 1.5 years (2 years marriage). He has been absconding with no communication, my Father-in-law refusing to give my jewelry and clothes kept with him (overseas) and in-laws place. I have been living with my parents since 1.5 years. Due to their inhumane behavior and torture my father suffered heart attack. My FIR is registered but he applied for AB which was rejected in sessions court. Will he and his parents get bail in high court?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that if you have filed an FIR even then anticipatory bail will be rejected for your husband but not for the senior citizens ie ur father in-law and mother in-law do go for a good counseling and consultation for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
