Husband obtained ex-parte divorce but wife did not receive summons

Sir my husband is from bangalore he filed a case on sec 13ia first time i received summons i went to court later i never recueved any summons but now i heared that he got defaukt divorce decree but i dont want divirce at any cost as i have baby.. we cannot afford a lawyer not can go to bangalore for every call plz help me sir how can i get out of it

You have not mentioned from where are you from, you have received the summons & appeared, what you mean, I can understand.
I assume you have appeared before the court after receipt of summons. That how the Court has come to knowledge and later you have not appeared, so court has passed the order. You have to challenge the court in high court or file a miss., Petition for reopen the case. You can approach legal aid office.

How many days before did he get divorce if it is within 90 days apply to high court to set aside the order passed by family court and allow you to represent your case. Alternatively file a petition for maintenance for you and your child. Contact me for further questions.
