Husband not producing the child in court

Husband took away 4yr old child ..i filed interm custody in hmop nd gwop...inspite of judge order to produce the child they ate not bringing her.the case is be going on since 10months ...ow..can i file hebeas corpus petition in chennai high court for the same...is there a chance i will get full custody of my child..im really worried...pls help me.
You cannot file habeas corpus petition as it is a matrimonial dispute and the whereabouts of your child. Further an order has already been passed for production of the child before the court. You can seek warrant as against your husband to produce the child before the court.
