Husband not disclosing marriage and In laws are against inter caste ma

We got married in 2019 love marriage I am Khoja he is Shetty family was against our marriage but we got married coz he has very huge loan and I was abroad so got married to take him on spouse visa and we could have cleared the loan however I had to come back in 3 months after that we are living separately as we can't afford to stay together financial issues now he is scared to disclose our marriage and we are sure they will not accept I am willing to divorce him but he does not want divorce also he is not in a position to give a house neither his family will accept what to do in this case please suggest as I can't stay like with I am married without husband it's not a good life please help.
Sorry to know about your situation. As you people already married, there is no legal issue even though you both have different religion. You must have performed marriage under special marriages Act, I believe. Rest, you got to amicably solve the problem or staying together and if doesn't then you can...

you can go and file a divorce against him one side on the ground of desertion and claim maintenance as well from him and if he is not in a condition to pay you anything then only claim divorce and proceed in your life further and dnt wait for his consent for divorce as it shall not give you fruitful results
