Husband not agreeing for divorce

I am Hindu. I had been married for 2.5 years and separated for 5 years। My husband is an extensive lier. Also induldged in multiple relations outside marriage.Due to this issue I have left my matrimonial house and living separately in the same city. My husband first agreed for mutual divorce but now he's refusing. Also he is using my name falsely in different cases to be on safe side and maligning my character. How can I get rid of this marriage without filing contest for divorce. Can it be mutual as I don't have great financial support.

yes don't worry file contested divorce case then the case at certain stage may be for mutual divorce as you both are separated from 5 years living seperately as you want to get rid of it what is your jurisdiction place...

if you are willing to get divorce then you only have two ways under law one is mutual divorce and another contested divorce that's all. if your husband is not willing to mutual divorce and also not willing to continue a healthy married life then you can take some legal action which can compel him to behave peoperly with you or you may get divorce from him. Mam, there is only in one way that your husband will be ready for divorce only if you seek through Ld. court for financial support. Your husband will come understand tremendous pressure and can also be arrested for the same and if you seek mutual divorce from him you need to pressurise him. In your present situation you have to file for a divorce without looking for his consent. You just have to find an advocate for you and file for separation and it appears that he is going to fight against it, and if he does so the case may go on for couple of years but you will get out of it with a well prepared case.

Dear Madam On such grounds you can get divorce but it takes long time if your husband does not give consent. Secondly you may go far artificial pregnancy after getting medical advise. Not to spoil your beautiful life. Just have a child with alternative method and enjoy the life.
