Husband is torchering me and m housewife

My husband is alcoholic, he hd affair previously,he torcher me, harass me, pant me susu potty Krna, road pe daaru pi k pade rehna, my daughter is 4yr old, since 2month is not taking responsibility of both of us, after alot of fight is gave me 13k which ws for house need, not paying any bills
He don't even give me money for daily requirements like vegetable, milk.
If I ask he shouts me, threatening me that I'll die, I even ask me to divorce if don't wnt us.bachhe k sath b nhi rehta

Well, if he is abusing you like hell, which is indicative from your own words, you can apply for seeking a Unilateral Divorce, if he is not getting agreed to Divorce you by Mutual Consent before the concerned Family Court!
