Husband Is Suffering From chronical Kidney Disease And On Dialysis

My sister has been mentally and physically tortured even after her husband was suffering from CKD, my sister gave up and came back to mother home. She is living apart from husband since 3 year. She need divorce but husband threatened her that he will file case that she left her because of disease, my sister has child of 8 year, what to do to get divorce at the earliest
it's a blackmailing like this but if you ready for divorce so file very soon because don't vest your younger life day n start next life n you take maintenance for you and your child life for more information contact me i give my best advice

no one can force your sister to stay with her husband if she doesnt want to stay with her husband she can always file for divorce in the court. for drawing divorce petition all the material grounds need to be pleaded.
