Husband is refusing to give divorce
13-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married at the age of 16 by false saying for my husband that he is a doctor but he is a Gardner and only 8th pass .after 12 years of marriage now I understand that there is no understanding between us both.he won't trust on me. mentally tortures me every day by abuse saying .he is not match to my standards of living .he also forced me for sex .I asked him for divorce but he refused .what should I do and how. Does I need any evidence if yes than what kind should be they are.help me out please .I am very depressed .on which grounds does I file divorce.
