Husband is not willing to give divorce. And no physical or emotional

I am married from last two years... But from more than one and half year my husband is not making physical relationship with me... N some stupid excuses.. like I have to win his heart.. i don't give respect to his mom etc... Help me with this... What I can do legally? I am hindu

I can only give you legal advice as far as the issue goes. Am not able to make out whether you still want to continue with this marriage or not. If the answer is in the negative, then the fact that your husband is not fulfilling his marital duties, can easily become a ground for cruelty before the Honble Court for seeking divorce.
