Husband is not ready to give divorce after filing Mutual Divorce

My husband is having illegal affairs and also he is alcoholic and cigarette. He married me only for money. He and his parents tortures me for money. I filed 498A case against them. Later we filed mutual consent divorce in the court, but on Mutual divorce hearing date husband wants to say that he is willing to continue the marriage, so that I won't get divorce. Basing on his cruel nature is there any other way to apply for divorce only from my side to get divorce in short period.

Dear Client, If you both filed Divorce before Court by way of mutual consent and if that was pending no other option to resolve it so first withdraw that petition and then file Divorce on the basis of cruelty before court.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you have discussed in your query that you filed a mutual divorce petition that means his affidavit was also there in that petition filed by your lawyer as there are many aspects that have to be discussed which is not in query so its better to discuss about this by your lawyer concerned for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Nahin kabhi bhi divorce Agar aapke khilaf aapke husband ne divorce file kya hai aur aapke pass Summon Received Ho chuke hain Uske bad bhi aap Court mein pesh Nahin ho rahe hain to divorce ho sakta hai

Agar aapke husband illegal affair mien hain to cruelty kar Rahe hain to unke khilaf aapko domestic violence ka case bhi file karna chaiye iske sath hi agr saath mien nhi rahna chateau ho to section 13b bhi apply karna chahiye
