Husband is not ready for mutual divorce

Hi,
Me and my husband are living separately from past 2 years but he is not willing to give me a mutual divorce. I have not yet given any legal notice but now planning for this.Kindly suggest as how should I proceed

In this regard, i advice you to instead of serving any legal notice, you can straight away file for the dissolution of marriage on the grounds of cruelty, desertion as the case may be. As he is not giving you mutual divorce then he surely has to defend your claim for the dissolution of marriage and pay for your maintenance allowance.
