1- Do we need to have a legal notice in case of separation by consent? 2- How much time does a wife gets to respond if the husband serves notice for separation by contest? 3- Can the wife file a case from her maternal place while she is staying with the husband in another city?

yes if you want to saparation from your wife or husband if you want to send the legal notice it will send them othervwise it is nit nessary saperation means she dont want to live with her husband one of the ground is cruality wnd AZnoTVher ground is decertion asnd another griund iSC bigamy so you have asny one ground you eill file a devorce

Respected 1. Not need of legal notice. You can file a divorce petition. As you informed there is two years saparation , it is also a ground for divorce. 2. There is no time limit for legal notice. But for court notice there ahould be time limit from the date of recipt. 3. Yes wife can file from her place of reaidence.
