Husband is absconding since 5 years

I got inter caste married with Muslim guy in court marriage in U. A. E. and later in my In-laws place with full Muslim rights. We were together in U. A. E. for 11 years and suddenly during our visit to India 5 years back my husband left me without information and since then he is absconding. Till now I have not filed any legal suit in this regard. I have a daughter of 8 years with me. Now I want Divorce ASAP but I am unaware of his location. Kindly guide.
Hello, it's a very critical condition in ur life. But don't be afraid in this situation. First u lodge an FIR against ur husband because he gave u no reason for left and spoil ur life with ur daughter. File a suit against ur whole in laws.
