husband invisible number switched off shifted house

Marriage happend in october 2023, after 4 months, problem started, March month I dialed 100 number twice. Once police came make both of us understand. Second day again I had to call police but this time they asked us to go police station. I was in police station but husband came very late after 3 hours with lawyer, I took my complaint back in written as I called my family they came in police station and I mentioned that I am going with them. husband wrote he will return everything by courier. bu

what is your issue you have not mentioned it. what you want now and what all is going on till date. which type of complaint of have given in the police station. what kind of problems started between you and your husband

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File an FIR of theft, dishonest misappropriation of property, criminal beach of trust against your husband and in laws and if police don't register it then seek help of advocate and register an FIR under 156(3) directly from the court
