Husband In Dubai And Not Answering Calls

My husband is in dubai and he is not answering my calls from 1 n haf month... he gave divorce on phone and now i wanted to speak with him but he is not answering my phone call.How to get him to India.Can I file case on him in dubai by staying in India?

There is no way of filing a case against your husband in Dubai by staying in india, but u can proceed legally towards filing of 498A, Domestic violence against your husband and also in law's if they are also responsible.
