11-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Lately, my sister found her husband having affair with many women (7-8). evidences are in form of call recordings married for 13 years with 2 children. 1. The house that they live got constructed after marriage. My sister contributed money from savings and jewels for house construction. But the house is under her husband’s name who took housing loan. Can my sister claim share in this house or recover money? 2. Can the 2 children (12 & 10 years old) get maintenance? 3. He has been harnessing and threating her to not to disclose this incident to anyone. Eventually she escaped from there.in fact, she called ‘100’ once during this time. But she was supressed to tell the truth to the police that time. 4. He is a govt. teacher and those women are studying/ working under him. He has been exploiting them for many years. He pays them beyond his salary through loans etc. there were times she beat my sister to get money. My sister is also a govt. servant. Can we also file criminal case ?
