Husband has taken exparte divorce,what's Prerequisite for 420 case

My friend's husband has taken a exparte divorce by using her old address. nHow she can file a 420 case against her husband, what are the pre requisite for the same.
Aap apne purane address par kab se ni rah rahi h or jo address divorce case file karne me dala gaya h us samay aap kaha rah rahi thi agar us address par divorce case file karne ke pahle se aap na rah rahe ho to isme do case file kar sakte h aap ek to 420,120B aadi or divorce ki dikri cancel kara sakte hai.

she can file a revision against that ex parte divorce and also file 420 case against him .
if court satisfied by your delay or your openion then court may set aside the ex parte divorce order and the value of order is void

Kindly lodge an F.I.R. in the nearest police station against the husband for cheating and fraud...And you can file a petition for declaration of that divorce null and void as it has been taken by cheating...

As you have mentioned in your problem that divorce case was filed against you by your husband in which heWhoever has disposed the case unilaterally by showing your wrong address, then you should give an application in the same court under order 9 rule 13 CPC to get him to satellite the ex-party judgment and surely your application will be accepted.

exparte order hue kitna time ho gaya h pahle ap ye btaye aur divorce ke alawa kya 125 sec 24 koi pending m h ya nahi exparte order ke khilaf agar time limit pura nahi hua to rivision m ja sakte hai uss order ke khilaf
