Husband harassing from a long time and asking for Divorce

With due respect I'm a 37yr old female staying with my 4 and a half year old daughter and my 42yrs old husband. For the past 4yrs he's abusing and torturing me and my child to leave for house and all he is seeking from me is divorce. I need legal advise.
Don't give him divorce if he wants let him file, further you can file a case for domestic violence and if he is not paying maintenance you can claim maintenance also, further the court will not give divorce if you contest the case if he files for divorce.

If you are not willing to accept his demands to give a divorce, Courts will not force you to give. And unless your husband is having a valid ground , he cannot get a divorce from you easily. But you have to find a way to stop his harassment.
