Husband forcing me to live with his family

My husband lives in kanpur because of his job and i used to live with my in laws for 6 months in starting of marriage then after a lot of fight he took me to kanpur and now from 3 months my mother in law is paralysed and i was taking care of her but there is a lot of dispute every day i live with in laws and he lives in kanpur and my father in law daily drinks at night and keeps shouting at me i feel scared and my husband don't leaves there neither sees what mentally torture i am dealing with

As you told that your husband works in Kanpur and you are living with your in-laws to serve them and your mother-in-law was paralyzed, to serve her your husband has kept you at his house but Your father-in-law fights with you every night after drinking alcohol and abuses youYou give and have somehow compromised your family and married life, otherwise your marriage would have been broken, both of you would have got divorced

you should file a case of judicial separation in the family court and try to leave separate from your enlarge definitely there will be some mediation and your husband sell make some positive effort to deal matter

If your husband and in-laws keep harassing you mentally, then you can file a case against them under 498a, 504, 506 IPC. For more information, you can call me. You can call before 10 am or after 6 pm Or you can come to my office and get your problem fixed.
