Husband forcing me for divorce & not ready to take me back what to do

My in laws & husband cheated me, this is my second marriage & also my husband's, they all mentally harassed me & now my husband wants divorce saying his parents forced him to get married, he also has affair now & left me in my parents home from 1 year
You can file petition for conjugal rights under Hindu marriage act when you want really back to his matrimonial house. But it may take years together if he contested and you must be prove that about his affairs.

If he sends a divorce notice then contest the matter by engaging an advocate and if he has harassed you for money or etc then you can file 498-A case also against your husband. Contact any advocate.
