Husband forcefully wants me to file a Divorce and demanding conditions

30-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
With an year, my husband wanted a mutual divorce and needed his time with friends , parties and when I discussed it with in laws they didn’t sorted out instead they supported him and said to my parents that we should separate them and I recorded this as well. After that , my in-laws became big enemy of mine however , issues started getting sorted between us but then they called him to Hissar every week month or day from Delhi where we were working . So after that we spent most of the time separate . He was in Hissar n me in Delhi because he was wfh and I was wfo. My I laws supported him at every step. Now, in lockdown we had fight and I went to my house and in that time my father in law got expired . Since then they are forcing me to leave the house with indirect ways . He hit me after 3 years of marriage due to which I left the house for 6 months deciding that we will workout after having therapy but he ditched me instead puts the condition to leave my job to make relationship work.

Do you want to divorce him or not. It is the first thing which you should make clear and if you want to give him divorce than it can be done on mutual terms and if you do not want to give him divorce then let him say anything you are not bound to give him divorce and if you want, you will also get right to live in the matrimonial house. I am a matrimonial dispute lawyer in Delhi, you can contact me for further discussion
