Husband filed talaq after going to moms house in a week

We are married only for 1yr and 4 months. We have a 9month old son..From the past 6 months we were living separately and after that I went to his home. From the last onemonth he and his family members were emotionally torturing me. They ask me to get out of the house if I say something. In pressure I attempted suicide by eating tablets but thinking of our baby I vomited and stayed in his home for another 2 days..After 2days left home and said will return in 1 week. In spite of saying he files talaq. I want to know how much amount I can ask during settlement.. Or is there any condition I can demand some amount and if he denies I can I wont divorce.
