Husband filed for divorce but the wife does not want a divorce
30-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
How long will it take since my husband filed a divorce without my signature? He already moved out and filed a divorce, because his Mom wanted him to bring another woman to the USA by fake marriage. How can I stop that? Before he moving out, we were still very happy. Just his mother (living outside the USA) didn't like me. Her friend wanted to come to the USA, so she wanted my husband divorce me and get married with that woman. My husband thought that he needed to make his mom happy because she's old and too weak now. He said: "Wife can be changed or found another, but mother cannot be .." I don't want them to do that. Truly, I don't love him that much after 4 months he's moving out. I just don't want him to bring someone here illegally. Please help!

You have not informed of religion of both of you and whether marriage took place in India as per Hindu customs and whether divorce is filed in India or USA .It appears that you and your husband are green card holders in USA and husband must have filed for divorce on grounds available to him under law of divorce there.Your signatures are not required in his divorce petition and once you get notice from Court regarding his divorce petition ,depending on grounds taken and what is stated in petition ,you may reply and give reasons for opposing the grant of divorce .The reason mentioned by you ,for which you are expecting that divorce is filed ,is no reason for grant of divorce by any Court and your husband must have taken some other grounds

There is quick procedure to stop him, first you have to put the case before court because if you will delay there ISVs lot s of chance for him to escape.
So you can also inform to MHA but before this collect the evidence
