Husband filed for divorce, absconding after doing DV, Economic offence

He wants dissolution of marriage, with allegations one of them being willfull cruelty from my side, he did DV, Economic Offence on my name, cheated on me, is currently living with someone else, n still not giving divorce...he hasn't given his new address also in the court of law, don't have money to fight the case..don't know what to do?
