Husband filed divorce under section 13 (i a)

I have a 5months old daughter and my husband filed for divorce on mental cruelty ground HMA last month and didn't even tell me. But actually I am facing mental cruelty since the day I delivered a girl. I am at my mayka. I am a government officer. He is a software engineer.

if you don't want to give divorced him and want to take action against him then there are many remedies. When a women don't want to give divorce to her husband then court never gives the order of divorce in favour of husband. if you want to file case against him then you can free to file it

Hello... You should file an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance first of all for you both... Then tell kindly if you want divorce or not?? And if you want then please further the process... And if not kindly lodge a complaint... Kindly contact for more information... Thank You...

As you have mentioned that you are the mother of a child of 5 months and your husband has filed a divorce suit against you and the grounds taken therein for mental cruelty in divorce are that you are subjecting him to mental cruelty.
