Husband entered second marriage while first marriage subsisting

My husband entered second marriage while being married to me I complained against him but due to some presseble circumstances I had to go for reconciliation on basis that second marriage becomes null and void in family court but now internal thing is that I feel I cannot forgive him for what he has done to me and I don’t want to stay with him at all now I realise in some days court notice will be sent to second wife I want him to live with the second wife only what can I do now acc to law and can I live separately from him pls answer I can do anything to come out of this situation I think I came between two persons

dear client as per your query as there are many things you have not discussed as you are the first wife and without any divorce if he has married again that is void if you want to get rid of it completely I can only suggest if your case is already in the mediation centre go for one time settlement for future consultation please contact us with your relevant documents for paid consultation.

as u mentioned in your problem that your husband has married for the second time while you are there and due to some circumstances you had to settle with him but if your husband has remarried while the first wife is alive than the second marriage we always be invalid and there is no legal recognition of second marriage and it is a legal offence under section 494 of ipc
