Husband drunken and in laws support him

My husband drinks weekly 4 times and abuse about me and my family, I am very much stressed with their activities, I have a three year old child, they took all my jewels and land and insist on getting money from my dad always how to get relief from these problems

For action against your husband and in laws you need to file domestic violence case before the court and dowry harassment complaint before the all women police station. You can get protection, maintenance and compensation.

advice your husband to stop drinking, if he is not responding to you then you Lodge a complaint in your local police station against your husband and in-law's under Domestic Violence Act and Dowry Prohibition Act . if you want any legal guidance contact me .
