husband doubts and defame me. I want a divorce

I am hindu married to hindu boy on Dec. 2009. We have 2 daughters, He used to doubt me since day 1. Family provided wrong details about my husband but I compromised like his DOB, job, education and all. But recently he has accused me of having an affair with my colleague as his wife called my husband( my husband and that lady both are uneducated people). I tried to explain lot to my husband but from last 2.5 years he is continuously defaming me and I am staying with my parents from last 1.5 years. And since then he never looked back to see or talk to me or my daughters. But he has defamed me completely in front of my relatives too. Recently my colleagues wife died due to some illness as she was hospitalized for 4 days. But my husband is accusing me of that too. It is the extreme level of torture for me and I am going towards depression. Please help what should I do

hello mam as i can see ur issue is very much serious. as a marries women these things will create a hell in the married life of any one . as well as you the things ur seeing from such a long time isbreally very difficult it true . but in present conditions its very difficult to go ahead so you much take legal action agaisnt your husband so he should get punishment.
