Husband after getting married and completed one year of marriage now saying that he doesn’t want the relationship without any mistake of wife and he himself is doing wrong by having affair with sister

I understand your questions. so husband not want to wife after one year of marriage right now he have a afair with sister so now what wife will do that is your questions right my sugestions is you will file a maintainance case againest him means domestic violence act womens protection Act under you have to file a case afainest him and if you want your husband you will file file a conjugal right case so thank you for asking questions

if you have strong proof that he having affair with his sister than only court accept and he cannot ask divorce simply and he has to show strong proof to get the divorce and also if he not paying maintenance than he has pay the same to wife
