Husband denying to have sexual relation

i have been living in a sexless marriage where i have two kids.after my first kid ...my husband had first sexual relation with me after one and half year and then i had a daughter...after that ni relation...he dont even eants to talj about it nor wants to tell anybody about it.and the same hurts me like being cruel to me fir no reason..ots amounting to torture

If any of partner persistently deny for sexual intercourse or sexual relations without having any reasonable causes such as illness, chronic diseases, communicable diseases etc. It amounts to cruelty to the other partner as per section 13(1)ia of HMA

Yes it does amount to cruelty. However what do you want to do? You can take divorce or file case of domestic violence.Or go for counselling if your husband will agree. Or you can even go alone and speak to a counselor
Denial of sex amounts to cruelty and is a ground for divorce in itself. If you want you can file for divorce claim maintenance for your children and also for self. You are alsi entitled for permanant alimony.

First you talk to your husband regarding this issue, what is his difficulty to have a sexual relationship with you . Know the cause first weather it is physical, emotional or mental. If he is normal even then do not want to have relationship then it is a mental quality to you. In that case you may even take divorce from him.
If you want to take divorce on the aforesaid ground u can get from the family court. Or if you don't want to leave your husband you can file an application under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for the restitution of conjugal rights because it the legal as well as moral duty of your husband to maintain you by all means.
