husband cheated on me with a young woman.

i hve been married since 2 years now. both of us are hindus. he admitted to cheating me for past 3 months with a girl when i came to my parents home becoz f my second pregnancy. I already have a girl child 1 & 1/4 years old and will deliver my second child soon. while together he emotionally tortured me to have abortion if the child was not a male. v have been living seperately since 5 months now. bcause of the affair he never visited me. wat can i do now? how to proceed for legal seperation
If you want to save your marriage then you can seek help from family elders for reunion. Otherwise you can go for judicial separation or divorce depending on your choice. Adultery can also be a ground for divorce in addition to other grounds.

or you can get divorce from that person..
you have to decide whether to punish such person or to get rid of this person from your life.
