Husband beating me up and I called 112

Now he ran away to his hometown samastipur Bihar. Police Called him but he is didn't came. I filed DV and 125crpc.Police is not filing FIR till now its been 25 days.what r my options as he run away to USA or other country.

As you told that your husband has gone to Bihar Samastipur which is his home town and you have filed a case of maintenance of domestic violence against your husband and you also want to file an FIR against your husband under 498aAnd you as soon as possible F.I.R. Wants to get it done against your husband so that he runs away abroad but the police is not registering your FIR, then you can register your report by filing a case under Section 156 /3 CrPC in the court

if the police refuses to lodge an FIR,the alternative remedy for u is that you should to the superintendent of police within your jurisdiction coupled with the fact as well as the application ,& the dereliction of the duty on part of police officer for not reducing the substance of information in a report . even after you do not get any refuge or shelter by superintendent of police you have the liberty to go to the concerned magistrate within your jurisdiction, if the concerned magistrate too refuses to write FIR you have the liberty to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of high court under section. 482
