Husband asking for divorce. I suspect cheating

My husband is asking me for a mutual divorce and has not stated a reason for it. I suspect that he is cheating on me basis his activities but I don't have hard evidence yet. He and I are both Hindu. What should I do to find the reason for divorce? On what grounds can he divorce me without confessing to this?
If you suspect cheating, you may file for divorce on grounds of cruelty. Additionally, you may also file a complaint under S. 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

If you have a doubt that your husband has been cheating on you then you must verify all your doubt first but as he has asked you for divorce you should also take stern action against him such as ask for maintenance from your husband and if you find him responding to it all things will come to light gradually.

in this matter you should not accept his proposal for mutual dicorce . instead of this you should immidatelly file cases against him and you should teach him a lesson so tht he should not be able to destroy your life for his extra maritial affairs .
