husband applied for divorce, now denying for mutual consent divorce

23-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband applied for divorce based on false accusations two years before. 3 Mediation session by court is complete today. He did not agree for mutual consent divorce and also not ready to pay settlement to me. He wants to simply drag the case and spoil my future. We purchased a land for 75 lakhs 4 years before. It's a joint property in both of our names. Now he is not agreeing to pay the current price for land cost and get the land transferred to his name. He is offering a very low price for the land. I have not filed any DV, dowry case against him so far and did not give counter to the divorce case too. I am not employed. He is employed and earning 4 lakh rupees per month. How to get appropriate price for land from him? Can I file DV and dowry case against him now? It's already two years since he filed divorce petition. Moreover what case should I give to settle the land issue? How to make him agree for mutual consent divorce ?

Since he has filed contested divorce, your advocate can pray for contested divorce.
You can file different civil and criminal cases against him from breach of trust, mental harassment etc to bring him to the negotiation and better consult your lawyer.
