My marriage over 7 year, from starting to last 8 month he was beating me, now he stopped but he was mentally harassing, when i started to raise my voice he recorded and now he is blackmailing me. Now am decided to live seperately with girl kid, now am bothering on kid whether he may take from court.

okay I understand your questions so you face mentaly harasement from your husband right do you can file a case at court dimestice voilance case Or maintainance case under section 125 croc you have a girl kid right you only have a right to take the child so dont worry if he filed a custody case you can fight with him in court and get your child permanent custody . and you want divorce you can file it divorce also snd you get alemoney from your husband . thanks

Dear Madam, It is not possible for your husband to get girl child from your custody but he may get registration rights to see the child. You may file Domestic Violence maintenance etc cases against your husband and can keep the child with you.

if you can make an arrangement to live after leaving him taking your daughter with you, I can assure you that you wil not lose custody of your daughter and he cannot take her through Court.. It takes some time to get maintenance from him
