Husband Abusing And Giving Me Mental Torture

I have been married just six months back now my husband starting abusing me for money and giving me mental torture now I left the house but neither my husband or my in laws contacted me. How can i proceed for divorce.

Dear Madam.. As per your case you can proceed against your husband by making cruelty as a ground.. Or else you can also complaint against him under the dowry laws.. For more details please contact us.

first of all you should file a police complaint in concerned police station where you are residing against husband and other inlaws for demanding dowery and cruelty under Indian penal code and dowery prohibition act. further you should also file a complaint under domestic violence act. you can not file the petition of divorce until one year of marriage hase not been completed.
