Husband abandoned Me and my daughter

After marriage my mother in law used to abuse me daily, My mother in law demanding my baby girl to be given her daughter as adoption I didn't agreed and came to my parents home, tried to contact my husband but he is not responding from last 6 months, I don't have any job what can I do now pls help

Dear Madam, You are in danger situation unless you file Domestic Violence case immediately otherwise you cannot file it after expiry of 12 months from the date of leaving house of husband. You may also file 498A of IPC case against your husband and his parents to bring them under your control. Yourself and your child get interim maintenance.

file maintanence case than you will get financial support than you can file case for RCR for rejoin to your husband home and also if you want divorce than you can file along with permanent alimony and as wel as criminal case against them any further information cal me

in this case you can simply file a case under domestic violence act and claim maintenance, residence order and all other reliefs required, and as you have a daughter and you have no source of income without wasting time file a case of domestic violence, or you can file only for maintenance for yourself and your daughter and 125 of crpc.
