How to transfer fast dvc &Mc from Ap to Karnataka Bangalore

I filed dvc & mc cases on husband he is government employee having 5 years girl child when I filed cases I don't have job after that I got job to do justice for me my lawyer told not to reveal anything about job in cross examination, now keeping my offer letter and keeping all pan Adar my husband fetching details and lagging the dvc case to escape from maintenance I want to file divorce will I able to transfer the dvc&mc caseshow much time it takes to transfer the case asap Guide Alimony divorce

You can file transfer petitions before the Supreme Court and get the cases transferred. The transfer petitions before the Supreme Court will take about 2-3 months as a bare minimum to get any effective order.

Dear Madam,

You are entitled for alimony if you file divorce irrespective of your earnings depending upon the spruce of income and properties possessed by your husband. You can get transfer your both the cases by filing such petition either before High Court or before Supreme Court as the case may be.

For transferring the cases from one state to another you will have profile at transfer petition in Supreme Court and it will be expensive. I suggest that you with the cases in Andhra Pradesh and file them again in Karnataka state. which place in Karnataka you are living at present ?
