How to take divorce when wife is torturing husband and his parents

I got married on May-2018 my wife is torturing my parents and me too mentally and threatening to send them to jail. I am staying in Bangalore and not with my parents now I want divorce at the earliest. Seeking your useful advice to proceed.
On the above-mentioned query l want to clear you that the divorce application will not entertain without 2 year of desertion. Why the wife torturing your parents besides you married her in may 2018. Which are the causes for torture the parents. If she wants stay with yours then please sort out the matter otherwise you and your parents will be in problems. She have to be file a Case for dowry, domestic violence, maintenance against you and your parents.

This is too early in your case.you will have to live one year sepetately,without making any relation like husband and wife .then under section 13 B of hindu marriage act you will have to file a prayet for this in family court.after this first date u will get after six month.then after 18 month u may get mutual divorce.if u ask divorce yourself then it may take much time .for more de tail u may contact me.
