Your statement will be recorded in the court when you go for the second motion and at that point of time you can tell the court that you don’t want the marriage to be dissolved. It will also depend upon the fact that if you want to live with your husband or not.

When you will undertake the mediation counselling over there you can tell the mediator oblique the counsellor that you do not want to go ahead with the divorce as you want to give a try to the marriage despite what is written in your contract nobody can force you to have a divorce by mutual consent until unless you're free will and consent is given to it so you can clearly refuse all you may be bound to is return the money taken in the first motion for that they have to file a civil suit and not a criminal complaint so go ahead and tell the mediator that you want to get this marriage or try Although when the other party is not willing to be a part of the marriage it is advisable to separate the ways in case you do not have any children

Since divorce is done in two motions you can refuse to go for the 2nd motion. If you have entered into a settlement then that will become invalid. Nothing shall compel you to agree to the second motion. You can deny it at any time. They cannot file an FIR under 420 for not agreeing to divorce. Don't worry and don't concede to 2nd motion if you're not willing to proceed with the same.
