My wife & me get married in 2009 at Meerut, UP. Owing to alleged grounds of cruelty by my wife, I filed for divorce u/Sec. 13(i)(ia) HMA in Bangalore court as both of us resided in Bangalore after marriage My wife files a DV-case & maintainance petition in a Delhi district court in 2017. Wife filed TP in supreme court to get Divorce petition transfer to Delhi , But Got Dismissed in 10th July 2017 ,order for video Conferencing with claim Requisite expenses My wife also files separate case(s) under provisions relating to intimidation, grievious hurt & husband father (you) subjecting her to spousal cruelty at the Meerut district court. She also alleges that she was at her parents' home at time of incident(s).cases are 498A ,323,506 and 406 On hearing date(s) as the lawyer appointed by us fails to appear for personal reasons, the trial court passes ex parte interim maintenance in 125 CRPC. The DP has been pending for over two years now in the Bangalore court. How to get accelerate DP

Here you have one alternative option. By showing the reasons at High Court you can file a writ petition seeking writ of Mandamus directing the trail court for speedy disposal. Then only you can proceed quickly.

Hello sir, our family courts are overburdened with cases. The matter may be asked to refer to mediation. In mediation it can be discussed with regard to terms and settlement and can try to resolve amicably.
