My wife file maintainance case in 2019 and now case at interim order.mene sec 9 kia wo x party hua fir divorce file kia wo bhi x party hua 125 ki case m mene proof submit kiye wife business karti h firbhi judge mere khilaf order kar rha h or 3 saal ka bacha h usse bhi abhi tak Milne dia nhi ja rha or jo mene proof lagaye h wife k business k use judge file m se nikal k mere samne fekne ko bol rhe h or m padha likha nhi hu wife padhi likhi h or m private job karta hu 4000 month se or wife ne court m admit kia m 4000 month se kaam karta hu firbhi wo mujhe 20000 month mang rhi h please help m is case se kaise nikalu

agar apka sec 9 x party hua ha to apka section 125 mai apko relief milega supreme court ka ruling hai agar x party hoga sec 9 to maintance m kharcha nahi milega agar hoga bhi to minimum 3 k vahi section 13 m bhi relief milega 20000 kharcha asa behavior ap apna advocate dusra kare jaldi se varna ap ko future mai problem hogi

Aap ye saare order ko high court me challenge kar sakte hain through a civil writ...so that aap k saath sahi faisla liya jaye...High Court se direction hone k baad waha court se procedure sahi chalne lagega aur sahi faisla liya jayega... Court aap se aapki income se jyada maintenance dene ka order nhi kar sakta hai. aapko bhut clearly wife ki income and education details. Aur apni income nad education details debe honge. Agar court koi galat order karta hai to wo high court palat dega isiliye dhyn rakhe ki koi District court me koi dhilai na rahe. contact for complete information.
