How to reply for conjugal notice sent by husband

Husband forced me to give 2.25lakhs for his credit card payments during covid period. i gave by mortgaged by jewels. after received the money, he started to abandon me , i was isolated from their family. he stopped talking with me and his mother did everything to him. wen i asked him abt that he told me to leave if i dont like. then i came to my parents home in chennai. ( his house in vellore), i losy my dad in covid within 3 months. im taking of my mother and living with my son 12years old. 1.5 yrs over. i asked him to repay money thr women police, he returned some amount still some amy pending. now he compels me to give mutual divorce or come to live with him. he may send conjugal notice any time. what should i do now. he only made me to leave his home. i working and earning minimal amount only, how to face this issue.

Again file a complaint in police station and ask remain amount... if your not willing to stay with your husband then go for one time settlement for you and for your child and file a mutual divorce .... if you not willing to stay with him then you file a H.M.O.P petition before family court along with maintenance petition to maintain the expenses for you and for your child

Again go to your local police station and lodged a complain against your husband for pending amount .... if you are willing to live with your husband file a divorce petition along with maintenance petition for maintain you and your son... If you are not willing to stay with your husband petition then file a mutual divorce and ask your husband a one time settlement for your son and your safety....any further details contact me ...

First of all you need to decide whether you want to continue with the marital relationship with your husband or not. Accordingly you can contest the conjugal rights case if filed by your husband. If only notice is sent then you can reply to the notice through a lawyer.

Dear Client... based on your own statement i come to a conclusion that you are used by as ATM Machine during the Corona pandamic... in my kind advice you come forward to file a maintenance case against your Husband for you and your children's... you don't worry about the Conjugal notice or case... no one (including Court) forced to live with your husband as per (supreme court order).... need further more clarification pls call me...
