How to proceed if my husband betrayed during divorce proceedings

We are married for 10 years but he treated me like house maid. Finally after coming to know about his narssisistic behaviour and a sexual predator and his illegal relationship.. I confronted him.. After that his behaviour gone worst in treating me. He said to kill me if i say a word against him or he will spoil my name entirely. I got terribly scared and left him along wirh my daughter without even a single rupees on my wallet. Ever since(2015) i live with my parents. I was not ready for separation or divorce.. But he kept threatening me to tell everyone that it isa mutual divorce. I said the same to my parents. He needed a mutual consent on divorce but he wasnot ready to give anything for me or for our daughter. This kept dragging for 3years(i even have his emails saying himself that this is mutual divorce) Now suddenly without my knowledge he has filed adultery and cruelty 13(1)(i)(ia) against me. I am still in shock and shaking...i have mail that he sent stating its mutual... Please
