I want divorce from my spouse as he is separated for 2 years 6 months. I am living alone without him. He has cheated me in my hindu marriage life.

yes you can file for divorce since you r separated for more than 2 years wat is your actual problem of separation, whether cruelty or any other problems medically, physically, mentally, you can explain to me with that you can file for divorce against your husband

The person may file a divorce before the competent court. the person has cleared that she is Hindu. The marriage can be pleaded as null an void u/s 12 of HMA. or 10 or 13of the said act. The address of the husband is necessary to proceed further. The person can file divorce.
