How to obtain documents from court got self case

My friend want to know what is the present status and actual documents for his case. He is not confident on the advocate. He wants his case details for his understanding and clarity. How can he get his court case details. He is crl.misc. case in a family court.

okay I understand your questions so now maintainance case going on in family court but what it is going on he don't right so he attend case every hearing and he took good advocate and he will do it case through advocate it is going in good so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

since he is one of the parties in the case all he has to do is to go to that court and fill up a copy application form which is available there and pay a little fees and file the application. in about 7A today's the documents that he asked for will be ready.
