Husband followed all procedures correctly. He missed reconciliation process only. For only this reason can the court invalidate talaq or not
Talaq-e-Hasan is considered a more preferable and traditional form of divorce compared to Talaq-e-Biddat (instant triple talaq).Â
It allows for a period of reflection and reconciliation.Â
The Supreme Court has acknowledged the validity of Talaq-e-Hasan as a form of divorce.
