How to get visitation rights legally

Can anyone help me with the procedure to get the visitation rights from court. My daughter's custody with her father. However, they are not allowing me to meet her that frequently as it is mentioned in the agreement we have.

If any agreement has vested right upon you to Visit your child and your husband is not complying with the same then you can file an application for contempt in the same court which granted you the right as per the agreement and seek the justice. hi as you are saying tht you are not been allowed to meet you child as per aggrement. in this matter we need to move to court on urgent basis as the matter need to be filled in high court to get orders on urgent basis.
