How to get sole custody of baby?

I am a mother of 10 months old baby boy. My husband and inlaws are highly abusive both physically and mentally. They have hit me infront of the baby and tried to snatch away the baby from me. Bcz of the abuse I had slipped into depression. But I have recovered now. Now they are asking for child custody. How can I fight it?
Please file a suit for injunction restraining them from visiting your house or contacting you in any way... feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard... if you are capable of taking care of child you need not worry

If they force you to handover the child then approach the Police as you are legally entitled for custody of child. They have to file a child custody case but they may not succeed since child is only 10 months. You need not go to any Court but protest them in all manners.

They can’t just ask for custody, they need an order of the court where you’d be given on opportunity to be defend it.
