How to get property shares from my husband parents

I filed sec 9 and sec 498A case and my husband filed sec 131 ia 3 years ago. No kids. Current status is still continuing the trials. If I won the both cases shall I get property share of my husband parents property which are owned by them. How to get the share?
Hello ma’am,
As per law the wife does not get the share in in-laws property, I.e. her husband’s parent’s property If the property is self acquired by the parents.
If you win both these cases then also the wife does not get the share in husbands parents property.
You can file for maintenance from husband, which can be given to you either monthly or annually.
The maintenance can be filed in multiple courts, that means you can get maintenance from two courts also.
But the wife does not have any share in the husband’s parent’s property.

The answer to the question depends on various factors like whether the said property is an ancestral property or self-earned property or self acquired property of the husband's parents and whether the husband is ready to part with any such property or not. In general the wife has no claim in such property till the husband is alive.
